Empowering Every Journey with Strength and Grace
Comprehensive Allied Care. Dedicated to clinical excellence since 1954.

“Building on our institute's legacy, we aim to integrate Physiotherapy seamlessly across all stages of oncology care. Through early intervention and patient-centered rehabilitation, we focus on reducing disability, minimizing treatment-related complications, and promoting optimal recovery.”
Empowering Every Journey with Strength and Grace
Physiotherapy is a specialized rehabilitation service that supports cancer patients across diagnosis, treatment, survivorship, and palliative care. Recognized by the World Health Organization as an essential component of cancer care, our unit focuses on improving function, participation, and quality of life. We uphold the Institute's vision that every individual deserves care that minimizes suffering and preserves dignity, irrespective of social or economic status.
By restoring mobility and independence, our rehabilitation programs support patients in living longer, healthier, and more meaningful lives. We integrate state-of-the-art cancer care with evidence-based practices, guiding both patients and caregivers through preventive and restorative rehabilitation.
Guided by compassion and teamwork, our physiotherapy ensures holistic care that treats the person beyond the disease. We address common treatment side effects such as reduced strength, stiffness, persistent fatigue, and lymphedema-related swelling.
