To ensure your experience is as seamless and comfortable as possible, we have refined our registration process to prioritize your health and convenience. Please follow these steps for registration.
Registration Timing
7:00 AM — 11:00 AM
Step-by-Step Process
Arrival
Proceed to the "May I Help You" counter at the General/Special Registration counter (OPD).
Registration
After registration, you are assigned a UHID(Unique Hospital ID). Appointments are scheduled at this stage.
Guidance
Staff will direct you to the specific OPD suited for your medical needs.Note: Your UHID is valid for a lifetime.
Consultation
You will be called to meet your consultant oncologist for assessment and treatment planning.
Required Documents
Please ensure you have the following documentation ready to facilitate a quick registration process:
Identification
Aadhar Card, Voter ID, or ABHA Card
Medical Records
Referral letters, pathology reports, or imaging scans
Insurance Details
Policy documents or TPA cards if applicable
Previous History
Summary of past treatments and medications
Priority Care
When every second counts.
Immediate Access
For urgent cases, proceed directly to the Emergency department in Madhuram Narayan Block (Ground Floor).
Clinical Precedence
Specialists will initiate critical care protocols immediately upon arrival, deferring all paperwork until the patient is stable.
