Professional Growth through Observation
Cancer Institute (WIA) offers an observership programme for visiting medical professionals who wish to gain clinical exposure in oncology. The programme provides an opportunity to observe clinical workflows, multidisciplinary tumour boards, surgical procedures, and patient management practices across our departments.
Observerships are designed to complement the professional development of practitioners from India and abroad, fostering a culture of knowledge exchange and best-practice sharing in cancer care.

Valid medical registration certificate
Letter of recommendation from current institution
