Detailed medical history, recent pathology reports, and referral letter if available.
Contact Details
Active mobile numbers for both the patient and the accompanying relative.
Residential Address
Current permanent residential address in the patient's home country.
Visa Invitation Process
Submission
Submit all required documents via email to the registry.
Initiation
Our Officer initiates the application on the Government Visa Portal.
Issuance
The official Invitation Letter is issued to you via the portal.
Application
Proceed with your Medical Visa application using the issued letter.
